Advanced Lipids is a joint venture between AAK and IFF, combining expertise in plant-based lipids, innovation, food safety, and global supply. Advanced Lipids is the producer and marketer of INFAT®.
INFAT® is an sn‑2 fat ingredient designed to mimic the structure and composition of human milk fat. Multiple human clinical trials conducted with formulas containing fat blends with approximately 20% palmitic acid of which at least 40% was in the sn-2 position, may exert benefits to young infants.
