Angel Flight West

Angel Flight West is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit that arranges free, non-emergency air transportation for children and adults needing specialized medical care far from home.

By matching passengers with a network of over 1,600 private pilots who donate their time, aircraft, and fuel, AFW removes geographic and financial barriers to healthcare. Operating across 12 Western states, AFW has flown more than 100,000 complimentary missions for medical treatments, specialty camps, and humanitarian needs.

All flights are provided at absolutely zero cost to passengers.
